RETURN & EXCHANGE

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 10 days of delivery.

We will accept returns & exchanges only if the product received is not used, damaged, and with its original tag intact.

Note: We do NOT accept returns on customized products except if the product is damaged or not as described in your order.

Customers need to enter the order number and email id to pull out order details and click on request return to create a return or exchange order request.

Customer needs to enter the courier details after shipping the product back to us.

NOTE: The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We do not accept international returns & exchanges right now unless the product delivered is damaged in transit. If the international customer has received a damaged product, we will refund the whole amount to their PayPal account.

Return shipping should be borne by the buyer if the buyer changes his mind after the product has been shipped. You can change or cancel the order if your order is still in pending status and not yet shipped out of our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, consider it sold.

Defective unworn, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items received after 10 days of the delivery date will not be eligible for the return and exchange policy.

Notes: Some of our products may contain natural embellishments and are handcrafted. These may cause irregularities and will not be considered as a defect.

We made every effort to display the product color as accurately as possible. However, the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date of order received by you.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or invoice or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all return charges. We cannot accept COD shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns should be sent through a traceable courier.

Every returned product goes through a review cycle. Hence refund/exchange is subject to review by our team.

REFUNDS POLICY

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you in 1-2 business days that we have received your returned items and issue a full refund in case of a refund and in case of exchange, we will issue credits of the same in 1 business day to place another order as an exchange.

Refund amount will be made to the original form of payment. In case of COD orders, customers can choose whether they want the refund amount in their credits or in the bank.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of shipping the order (in case of extra shipping charges or express shipping charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.
