Order
When do I receive my order?
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated.
After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

Returns
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes. It's safe. We have delivered happiness across globe with 10,000 happy customers and counting.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Customer needs to enter the courier details after shipping the product back to us.
NOTE: The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
We do not accept international returns & exchanges right now unless the product delivered is damaged in transit. If the international customer has received a damaged product, we will refund the whole amount to their PayPal account.
Return shipping should be borne by the buyer if the buyer changes his mind after the product has been shipped. You can change or cancel the order if your order is still in pending status and not yet shipped out of our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, consider it sold.
Defective unworn, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items received after 10 days of the delivery date will not be eligible for the return and exchange policy.
Notes: Some of our products may contain natural embellishments and are handcrafted. These may cause irregularities and will not be considered as a defect.
We made every effort to display the product color as accurately as possible. However, the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.

How many day take for shipping?
It generally takes 3-5 Business days, rest depends on pin code as well. We do express delivery on request on paid orders, Express shipping charges are extra.
